conveniently close to airport and helpful reception staff
Conveniently close to the airport with reliable shuttle service included. Very nice reception staff, who was very helpful. Good shower. Early breakfast (06.30)
The rooms are ok, but the airco is not ok. It is right above your head and to avoid catching an airco cold you have to put a jumper or towel over your head. Turning is off is not an option as it was far too hot. I would strongly recommend to move the beds the other way around. Shame the rooftop terrace was closed. Don't understand why that was. Breakfast was ok, but we have had better in Thailand for the same price.

The locatuon is beautiful and ir is quiet
Location was in a beautiful place and lift facilities were also good
Room was very small, nor fully clean and we reported it and they came to clean it. Aicon location blew into our noses and we had blocked noses. Bwd very nkisy and annoyed us. Mini bar was not well communicated to us and to our surprise we were informed to pay for what we used including water.

- Big room - nice breakfast - mattress and pillow are comfy - quite place
- the towers, pillow case a bit old - the toilet is clogged
